Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to analytically evaluate various media sources to choose appropriate buying channels and negotiate effective pricing models. 
  • Ability to optimize spends based on both short and long term goals. Evaluate partner traffic, demographics, conversions and recommend compelling messaging.
  • Must have demonstrated success in creating viral and word-of-mouth marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the execution, progress and reporting of marketing buys and promotional campaigns (both external & internal).
  • Planning, organizing and implementation of online marketing campaigns to achieve user acquisition objectives and user engagement goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate campaign results and recommendations with external partners, vendors, ad networks and internal design, production and community teams. 
  • Communicate with Marketing & PR teams on local strategies, partnerships, challenges, and incorporate global strategies into local plans.


 Other Requirements:

  • 3+ years marketing experience with an emphasis on online marketing, campaign development, viral marketing and metrics and analysis.
  • Experience in gaming, an agency or online brand/web site.
  • Proven disciplined data management skills.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of online marketing activities and tools including email services, analytics, paid and organic search. Self-driven, results oriented, innovative and positive outlook, excellent team player.
  • Passion for gaming and online marketing, with strong user orientation and ability to anticipate user needs and market trends.
